Time to meet is a collaborative effort by a group of photographers and artists with the aim of provoking a more lively exchange of ideas around contemporary photography. By focusing on the autonomous aspects and boundaries of the medium, Time to meet wants to develop projects based on interaction and collaboration.
The third edition of the Time to meet festival will take place in Antwerp, Belgium, from the 15th until the 21st of March 2010. Past editions took place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 2006 and Essen, Germany, 2007.
OPEN CALL FOR PROJECTS
This is an open call to everyone who wants to contribute and engage with Time to meet. The festival will primarily shape through the selected project proposals that they receive, leading to numerous events: various exhibitions around the city, book presentations, informal discussions and a symposium at the FotoMuseum of Antwerp. All in the course of one week.
