YapaFoto app iPhone Tirage photo depuis un mobile. Nouvelle application disponible

YapaFoto annonce la création d'un nouveau service de tirage photo en ligne, disponible exclusivement depuis une application mobile.

YapaFoto est une application pour iPhone qui permet aux utilisateurs de commander des tirages photos directement depuis leur mobile. Avec la particularité que tout se fait sur le téléphone : le choix des photos, l'envoi des fichiers sur la plateforme, le paiement sécurisé... sauf l'impression des photos bien sûr ! L'utilisateur recevra chez lui ses tirages papier, sous deux à trois jours en moyenne. Les commandes se font entièrement et uniquement à travers l'application, il n'est pas possible de commander depuis le site internet. L'application est disponible gratuitement sur l'AppStore pour les terminaux iPhone et iPod Touch. Il n'y a pas pour l'instant de version Android.

La proposition YapaFoto

L'offre n'est pas encore définitive et sera amenée à évoluer en fonction de la demande. Le client peut choisir de faire développer une à vingt photos, au format numérique classique 11x15cm (adapté aux photos prises par l'iPhone). Le prix est de 22 centimes par photo, auquel s'ajoutent des frais de livraisons variables selon la quantité de photos (2.99€, 3.49€ ou 3.99€). Le prix n'étant pas indiqué dans le colis envoyé, il est possible d'en faire un cadeau. 

La création d'une start-up

De plus en plus de photos sont prises chaque jour, par de plus en plus de smartphones. Jusqu'à la rentrée 2011, il n'y avait toujours pas d'application permettant l'impression directe depuis un mobile. Mais pas seulement ! Alors que les uns attendent toujours plus des nouvelles technologies, il peut être difficile pour les autres de s'y retrouver. C'est pour répondre aux besoins de tous que YapaFoto concilie innovation technologique et simplicité d'utilisation. Un étudiant passionné d'informatique, de nouvelles technologies et de création d'entreprise décide alors de développer YapaFoto, en partenariat avec un imprimeur local.

Canon Impression Photo iPhone iPod Touch

 

Nouvelle Application d’impression photo Canon Easy-PhotoPrint pour iPhone et iPod Touch en téléchargement gratuit 

 

 

L’application “Easy-PhotoPrint for iPhone” (Canon iEPP), disponible en téléchargement gratuit, permet d’imprimer sans fil des photos à partir d’un iPhone ou d’un iPod Touch sur un multifonction Canon PIXMA MP990, PIXMA MP640 ou PIXMA MP560 (ces imprimantes sont des nouveautés 2009).

Cette application est compatible avec les iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS et iPod Touch (OS 2.2.1 ou sup.) et permet d’obtenir des tirages Canon de très bonne qualité en trois étapes : ouverture de l’application, sélection des photos, impression. Une fois l’application Canon iEPP installée à partir de l’iTunes App Store, elle prend en charge automatiquement la partie la plus complexe de la procédure, notamment en détectant les multifonctions accessibles en connexion Wi-Fi (*), de manière à ce que l’utilisateur puisse imprimer rapidement ses photos.

Grâce aux technologies intuitives des iPhone et iPod Touch, l’utilisateur peut visualiser un index de miniatures par simple effleurement. Un glissement de deux doigts que l’on écarte sur l’image permet de l’agrandir pour mieux contrôler sa netteté avant de l’imprimer : une fonction très pratique qui évite les tirages inutiles. Ensuite, un léger tapotement sur l’image sélectionnée permet de l’envoyer directement vers le multifonction PIXMA.

 

 

Les photos téléchargées depuis des sites de partage photo en ligne, tels que Flickr ou Picassa, ou enregistrées avec l’iPhone peuvent être imprimées très facilement. De plus, l’application Canon iEPP intègre une fonction de déclencheur photo qui permet d’enregistrer et d’imprimer rapidement de nouvelles photos. Canon iEPP est compatible avec différents types et formats de papiers Canon (**) et propose des options telles que l’impression des photos avec ou sans marge.

L’application Canon iEPP est disponible en téléchargement gratuit depuis novembre 2009.

Synology iPhone Application DS photo is Available on Apple App Store

Synology announces DS photo, its new iPhone application allowing Disk Station users to use an iPhone or iPod touch to upload photos to their Disk Station, or browse photos stored on the Disk Station on the go.

. DS photo allows users to upload photo stored on their iPhone or iPod touch to the Disk Station easily while instantly sharing it with anyone online. Users can upload photo to an existing album or create a new one, and customize the photo title and description. Uploaded photos are instantly available on the web-based Synology Photo Station 3 to be viewed with a desktop computer, iPhone, or Windows Mobile.

The DS photo works with Synology Disk Station 2.2 firmware. The beta of DSM 2.2 firmware is now available for public's evaluation and its official version is expected to be released in September 2009.

Eye-Fi iPhone Application

The new application will let users aggregate all of their photos – from both an iPhone and a digital camera - into organized folders on a computer and to one of 25 online photo sharing and social networking Web sites. iPhone users who own an Eye-Fi card can download the free application from Apple’s App Store upon release.

“Whether you’re snapping pictures on-the-go with an iPhone or capturing life’s important moments with a digital camera, Eye-Fi will offer one easy way to manage and share all your photos – without docking a gadget or fussing with software,” said Jef Holove, CEO for Eye-Fi. “We are solving another real-world frustration for anyone who takes photos with both devices.”

Using the Eye-Fi application, users can select which iPhone photos to upload and where to share them. As with the Eye-Fi Explore card, photos taken on an iPhone can be automatically tagged with information about where the picture was taken. Users can then view geotagged photos on a digital map and organize photos by location.
